Joanathan Luzuriaga, currently the Country Manager of Lendsoft Solutions Inc, a software company with its primary entity located in the United Kingdom. Jonathan is tasked to manage the development unit in Manila as well as manage accounts from the UK and Australia. Concurrently, Jonathan is the Managing Partner of Compos Mentis Inc., a consulting, advisory and research organization specifically catering to the outsourcing and IT-enabled services sector. He is a seasoned independent World Bank Consultant for global information technology initiatives responsible for the design and implementation of such projects as the Center of Excellence in IT-BPO for Central Africa, the feasibility study of the MaliliTechnopark in Kenya as well as a multitude of talent mapping initiatives in Southeast Asia.

Donald Felbaum has more than 30 years of experience in diversified technology management including general management, project management, and corporate directorship. He currently serves as the managing director of Optel Ltd., an ICT consulting firm. He has also been an active member of several business groups. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Energy Committee and a Member of the Board of Directors of AmCham. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Association of Multinational Companies.
