Last October 17, 2014 for the forth time I received a text again a sort of scam (see photo below) . So I've decided to tweet it to both cell network because apparently the person who's trying to scam me is using both SUN and GLOBE.
After an hour or two a representative from GLOBE network twitted me asking for my mobile number without any or extra information on how to solve it. I'm kinda disappointed with her reply big time. Then I thought of, if I'll give you my number can you solve it? or if will give you my number how many scammers and advertisers will be benefited from it? ugh never mind.
After one day, here comes the competitor (SUN CELL) "better late than never" with a reply (see photo below:Twit Longer) they twitted me the half of the right answer I guess that I was looking for. They (SUN CELL) never asked me any contact numbers instead they redirected me to the concerned agency.

What can be the best solution to this kind of problem here in the Philippines? Can these giant networks regulate prepaid numbers by some sort of maybe all prepaid SIM must be registered so we can easily trace people, which means less crime.
