Amidst the crazy weather made by tropical depression
Josie in Metro Manila last July 24, 2018, the Rotary Club of Makati Century City (RCMCC)
members still flew to Davao and landed with flaring excitementsto extend a hand
to the needy brethrens in some areas where helps are needed.
The mission started at the Badjao
cummunity in Playa, Matina where some
hundreds of Badjao kids were able to receive oral kits and partake nutritous
meals prepared by the group.

The Rotaracts on the other hand, in Manila, headed by Turks Hussain, Mark Lester
Lico, members Alden Ayaganand Marchelle
Vargas together with the International Associaton
of Lions Club associatesare also in actions, feeding and
giving medical attentions to the students at the School for the blinds in
Paranaque City.
Back in Davao on the same day after sundown, these rotarians are still at the hype of sharing good vibes as they awarded Non-Rotarian leaders who made an exemplary actions in their community.

A blow-by blow act of goodness was
poored out on the same date.
On
the day after ( July 25th), the team went to
Barangay Megkawayan, a 2-hour drive away from the city conducted an almost whole day Dental, Optical and Medical Mission in the
district in partnership with Blugre Corporation, IWC-Metro Premier, Tinhat and
Global Impact. Nearly four hundredresidents
were given attentions from tooth extraction, eye checkup with free eyglasses
and onsite medical checkups.

The
mission wasn’t end only there, on the cold beautous morning of July 26th, on
the third leg, the group woke up in the hilly
side of Davao near the border of Bukidnon and Cotabato where the Matigsulog
Tribe lives. Themorning was fueled up by a hand over of gifts to the tribes then tree planting, followed by
the momentous signing of Memorandum of Agreement for the “Adopt a Tribe” in
partnership with Blugre Corporation and
IWC-Metro Premiere.

Indeed, no destination is to far from your
home or too high from the level of your comfort zone if the acts are worth the happiness of the needy souls.
No mission is impossible if it is well collaborated and planned wherever you
may be.
